Our Enterprise Risk Management team is accountable for AMP’s ERM Framework, risk management capability and the provision of high‐quality advice, insight and support to our business partners. In this exciting, permanent full-time opportunity, you will provide effective and efficient administration support to four different leaders, as well as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer and to the wider ERM community.



How you will make an impact

  • Provide high level administration support to the Executive Assistance of the Chief Risk Officer and the ERM Leadership team

  • Maintain organisational charts and distribution lists

  • Coordinate presentation material, agendas, arranging venues and catering where appropriate

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Arrange domestic travel and accommodation as required

  • Manage expense administration, including reconciling and arranging payment of corporate AMEX card, review and reconcile monthly IT bills, arrange payment of invoices and employee reimbursements

  • Event management of team offsites, internal monthly and quarterly events and communications

  • On boarding new starters, including access card & locker requests, stationery and asset allocation

  • Diary management when required


What you will bring to the role • Previous administration experience in a corporate environment

  • Confidence in liaising with people at all levels

  • Strong organisation and planning skills, ability to multitask

  • Previous experience in MS Office applications

  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential issues at a senior management level
